By accessing or using GeoFixPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GeoFixPro is an AI-powered marketing platform that provides content generation, SEO optimization, citation analysis, interactive tool creation, and social media distribution services. The Service operates on a credit-based pricing model.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and do not expire. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used to generate content. Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content generated through the Service. GeoFixPro does not claim any intellectual property rights over content produced for you. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Spam or engage in deceptive practices
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
Generate content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by GeoFixPro is produced by AI models and should be reviewed before publishing. While we implement quality checks (GEO Score, Quality Chamber), we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for fact-checking and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms you connect (such as social networks and CMS tools), as well as Stripe for payments. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

GeoFixPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
